Insurance?

All our rental cars are legally insured with the mandatory WA insurance (Third Party Liability) according to Aruban law. This insurance covers damage to third parties in case of an accident. Please note, we do not offer additional insurance options such as an all-risk insurance or a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Renters are responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle.​

What types of cars do you offer?

Our cars are KIA Picanto models, equipped with air conditioning, and available with both manual or automatic transmission. They are very economical in fuel consumption and very user-friendly.

Will I lose my deposit if the contract is terminated earlier than planned?

Costs may be charged for breach of contract, but this depends on the circumstances of the tenant and the time frame for early termination.

Question 4

What are the costs for a second driver?

Accepted Answer

A second driver is possible. The monthly price will then be adjusted for the entire rental period. Costs Afl 150 per month.

Do you offer pick up service from the airport?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer airport pickup, but we will pick you up at your accommodation to collect your rental car. For your return car, we can take you to the airport.

Can I pay the deposit in euros?

Accepted Answer

The deposit must be paid in cash in euros. You will receive the deposit back in euros when you return the car.

Do you offer roadside service?

Yes, roadside service is included free of charge when renting our cars.

Do you rent Jeeps?

We do not have any Jeeps available.

Is it possible to rent a car if I am under 23?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible to rent a car if you are under 23 years old, but an additional deposit of Afl 500.- is required.

Will my car be cleaned during the rental period?

A monthly complimentary cleaning service is included.

Do you offer a car for when I have family or friends visiting?

Accepted Answer

For insurance reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to book a rental car for your family or friends' visit. Additionally, our insurance does not permit third parties or visitors to drive the rental car during your stay in Aruba. We hope for your understanding regarding this situation.
